The key word here is “regular.” From our experience, once a week felt especially great, but every other week works too. The main thing is just to start.

Search for nearby padel facilities and look for family-friendly sessions. Many places even offer rentals for equipment.

We trained with a coach, and the lesson price included equipment rental too. It took us about 30 minutes to get there, which felt a bit far compared to other activities. But we really liked training with this coach, so we kept going. Plus, the price was just right for us.
